How 1-Shot Uses Your Information
We at 1-Shot take your privacy very seriously. All customer requests to remove their information from our mailing lists will be acted upon within 2 business days. For orders to ship out, we must collect your billing and shipping address, as well as your email address to send you a shipping notification. Your e-mail, should you opt-in to our mailing list, will also be used to send promotional information. If you do not opt-in to our mailing list, your e-mail will only be used to communicate with you regarding your order with 1-Shot.
Your information that is used for an online purchase is stored securely on our web platform. It is required for us to store your mailing address on our web platform to enable us to send you a shipping notification, as well as to speed up the process of checking out on our website. If you do not provide us with the shipping and billing address, we will be unable to process your order. If you do not wish to provide this information online, you can complete your order over the phone by calling 905-315-7888.
If you choose to opt-in to our mailing list, your e-mail address is also stored on our secure e-mail client, Remarkety. This tool is used to send you exciting information about upcoming sales as well as new product information.
While we don’t want to see you leave, 1-Shot understands that you may want to delete your account fully. If you do wish to deactivate your 1-Shot account at any time and be removed from all mailing lists, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fully delete your account and any stored information. Note: All of your previous orders that are currently viewable in your 1-Shot account will be deleted if you choose this option. Please ensure you do not delete your emailed invoices should you wish to return or exchange an item you have purchased from 1-Shot.

Abandoned Carts Policy
If you have added items on 1-Shot.ca to a shopping cart without completing the purchase, we will send you an e-mail with a checklist showing the products which you placed in the cart, provided you:
- are a subscriber to our newsletter,
- or are a registered customer,
- or otherwise, have informed us about your email address
This is an extra customer service in order to make it as easy as possible for you to place your order if you wish. You may recreate your cart with its items at any time, or let be. Observe that you need not act in any way if you do not wish to complete the order.
The price and availability of the products are based on the time when you put the products in the cart. We reserve the right to slightly modify prices in case the dates of various campaigns have expired.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. 1-Shot.ca reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We will not substitute items without first contacting you and receiving your permission to do so.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please note that we will only ship to the cardholder’s address, so please provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order and may result in your order being canceled. Your credit card will be billed immediately upon acceptance of your order.
Shipping Time – Most orders will ship within one or two business days of the order being placed. Orders with missing or erroneous information may be delayed further. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by 1-Shot.ca only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
1-Shot.ca does not back-order product.
If a product was unavailable at the time your order was shipped and you would still like to receive that item, please order it again. If the item you ordered was discontinued by the manufacturer and no longer available, you will have received a notification of this with your order.
While we make every effort to ensure that our inventory is correctly reflected by the stock indicator on this website, we accept no liability for errors that may occur, nor will we offer any compensation for items that are ordered and not shipped.
Under certain circumstances, we are able to place special orders for items that we do not normally carry in inventory. Please email or call us with your special order and we will determine if we are able to bring that product in for you.
Special Order Items are those:
- That appear on www.1-Shot.ca with the label *Special Order
- Items that 1-Shot normally does not carry in inventory.
- Item that custom configured to specifications provided by the customer.
- Items that have not yet arrived at 1-Shot, but can be purchased (PRE-ORDER).
Special Order items can be returned or exchanged as per our Return & Exchange Policy. Some special order items may be deemed final sale, and this will be communicated to you at the time of placing your order.
Special Order Items are not in-stock and must be ordered from the supplier.
Special Orders usually ship in 7 – 14 business days, but shipping may be delayed if the supplier is out of stock at the time of order. If you are in a hurry, contact us for a shipping estimate.
The following policy applies to items purchased on the 1-Shot.ca website. This policy does not apply to items purchased in a 1-Shot Paintball store. Please contact your local 1-Shot Paintball store for details on the In-Store Return Policy.
All web returns and exchanges must be arranged through the 1-Shot Corporate Head Office, located at 4201 Prudham Ave in Burlington. Please note that this address is not open to the public and you may not make purchases or returns in person at this address. Returns and exchanges for purchases made on the 1-Shot.ca website may not be made at, nor shipped to, a 1-Shot retail store.
What is the 1-Shot.ca return policy?
What items are eligible for return or exchange?
1-Shot will gladly accept new merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of the original invoice date. Certain products may not be returned for any reason, including any item that has been used, any item of apparel that has been worn or washed, and paintballs. While 1-Shot makes every reasonable effort to ensure that paintballs will arrive intact, 1-Shot makes no guarantee, explicit or implied, that paintballs shipped to you will arrive unbroken.
No returns will be accepted on closeout or final sale items.
My item is new – can I return or exchange it?
Unopened and unused products may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original invoice date. All products must be unused, in new condition, and accompanied by all the original manufacturer’s packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, and miscellaneous part and accessories. Items in sealed clamshells must be unopened.
All items are subject to inspection and all decisions made by 1-Shot as to the condition of items, and their eligibility for return or exchange, are final.
All items returned for credit or exchange must be accompanied by the original invoice.
My item is used or has been opened – can I return or exchange it?
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on items that are used, damaged, not in original condition, missing any parts or materials, or with missing or damaged packaging. An item will be deemed used if there have been any attempts to install, modify, shoot, test fire, wear or wash.
Items returned that are not eligible for return will be returned at the customer’s expense.
I would like to return an item – How do I do this?
If you would like to return something to us, please log into your account and fill out the RMA request form. After you have submitted your RMA request, instructions will be emailed to you once your request has been approved. You will be notified by email if your request is refused for any reason. Alternatively, you may phone at 905-315-7888 to receive an RMA number and instructions for returning product.
An RMA number is required for all returns and exchanges. This RMA number must be written on the outside of box used for packing, or the package will be refused. Do not write the RMA number on the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) packaging.
All products must be returned in a suitable box that protects the item and the item’s OEM packaging from damage during transit.
Items must not be returned with shipping labels affixed to the item’s OEM packaging. Do not use the item’s packaging as the shipping box. Any item returned with damaged packaging or marks of any kind on the item’s OEM packaging will be deemed not eligible for return.
Freight on all returns is the customer’s responsibility.
All refunds for purchases made with a credit card will only be applied to the same credit card.
All non-credit card purchases will be refunded by means of an e-transfer to original purchaser’s email address.
I would like to make an exchange – How do I do this?
A credit will be issued for all items returned to 1-Shot.ca. If you wish to exchange a product purchased from our website, we will credit you for the original purchase and place a new order for the replacement product for you. You will be charged for the replacement product when we ship it to you, and you will be credited for the item you wish to exchange once we have received it back at our warehouse and it has been inspected and approved for return.
If we shipped you an item that appeared on your order, and you wish to return it for exchange, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
If you would like to return something to us for exchange, please log into your account and fill out the RMA request form. After you have submitted your RMA request, instructions will be emailed to you once your request has been approved. You will be notified by email if your request is refused for any reason. Alternatively, you may phone us at 905-315-7888 to receive an RMA number and instructions for returning product.
I received the wrong product – What do I do?
Please report any incorrectly shipped items immediately by calling us at 905-315-7888. Claims will only be handled if reported within 5 business days of the receipt of your package(s). You will receive full instructions on how to return your item at this time.
1-Shot will credit you the purchase price upon receipt of the item at our warehouse once it has passed inspection. If you have opened or used the item that was sent to you in error, we will not be able to accept your return.
1-Shot will credit you for the cost of the return shipping if the return or exchange is required as a result of an error on our part. We will only credit you for standard Canada Post parcel rates or UPS ground service. If you return the item using another carrier, or at a higher level of service, we may only reimburse you for the cost of sending the parcel by Canada Post or UPS regular service.
I received someone else’s order – What should I do?
In the event that you receive someone else’s order, please contact us at 905-315-7888 for instructions on how to return the package.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, 1-Shot.ca shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 1-Shot.ca shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, 1-Shot.ca shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Please note that all items may not be exactly as pictured. Manufacturers sometimes make changes to products, and what is included with products, without notification. 1-Shot.ca makes no guarantees that items will be exactly as pictured or described.

Some items that we carry may not be shipped outside of Canada due to legal requirements and distribution agreements with various suppliers. Any international orders that include these items will not be processed until we first contact you, and inform you that your order contains items that we are unable to ship.
